These Terms govern access to and use of The Creative Briefer website and product. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Using the service
- You may use The Creative Briefer only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these Terms.
- You are responsible for your account, workspace activity, and the accuracy of information submitted to the service.
- You must keep login credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Customer content
- You retain ownership of the content you submit, including project inputs, brand materials, references, prompts, and briefs.
- You grant us permission to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content as needed to provide and improve the service.
- You represent that you have the rights needed to submit content and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights.
AI outputs
- The Creative Briefer can generate briefs, prompts, footage direction, edit notes, and related creative materials using AI systems.
- AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to outputs generated for other users, or unsuitable for your intended use.
- You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and validating all outputs before using them in production, advertising, or public campaigns.
Acceptable use
- You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, submit malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or misuse another person's data.
- You may not use the service to generate deceptive, harmful, or unlawful content, or content you do not have rights to use.
- We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the service is being misused.
Third-party services
- The product may rely on hosting, storage, email, analytics, payment, and AI model providers.
- Third-party services may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
Paid features
- If paid plans, usage-based billing, or subscriptions are offered, fees, renewal terms, taxes, cancellation rules, and refund terms will be shown at purchase or in the applicable order form.
- You authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees according to the plan or order you select.
Availability and changes
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
Disclaimers and liability
- The service is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Creative Briefer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
